Louise Wycoff, 88, of Nevada, died Thursday, Feb. 8, at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Monday, Feb. 12 at Central Presbyterian Church in Nevada. Burial will be in the Colo Cemetery.

Louise was born July 17, 1918, in Colo, the daughter of William and Lila (Baker) Schnur. She was married to Floyd C. Wycoff March 14, 1952, in Colo. Floyd preceded Louise in death Feb. 24, 1992. She had taught rural schools and then worked as a seamstress for Lyle Clothing in Nevada for many years.

She is survived by one daughter; Marlys Swanson, of Nevada; two sons and daughters-in law; Dean and Linda Wycoff, of Chariton, and Carl and Jill Wycoff, of Nevada; 10 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two brothers; Raymond Schnur, of Colo, and Robert Schnur, of Faribault, Minn.; and one sister: Elsie Ryan, of Cresco.

Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Bacon Funeral Home in Nevada.

Bacon Funeral Home in Nevada is in charge of arrangements.
