Francis Geisler

Francis (Frank) Eugene Geisler, 87, of Golden Valley, Minn., formerly of Nevada, died Thursday, Oct. 12 at Trevilla of Golden Valley Nursing Home. Funeral services were held on Tuesday, Oct. 17 at the First United Methodist Church in Nevada with Pastor Steve Williams officiating. Burial followed in the Nevada Municipal Cemetery.

Frank was born on March 3, 1919 in Mingo, IA to Walter and Hazel Geisler. He married Wilma Hoel on March 18, 1941 in Nevada. Frank owned and operated many business over the years, including a plumbing and heating shop in Nevada, farming, a county fair kids' train ride and foremost Geisler's Beef D'lite (Maid-Rite sandwich shop) in which he operated as many as 5 restaurants with his son, Rick.

Frank is survived by his daughter, Patricia (Dan) Miscko of Minneapolis, Minn; 10 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren and one brother, William Geisler of Oregon. Frank is preceded in death by his wife, Wilma, parents and a son, Rickey E Geisler.

Arrangements are entrusted to Kozlak-Radulovich Funeral Chapel in Minneapolis, Minn.
