Former Resident of Nevada Dead at Spooner, Wis.

Mrs. Charles Platz, 60, died at her home at Spooner, Wis. Tuesday, according to word received by her mother, Mrs. C. J. Ellison of 120 K avenue, Nevada.

Funeral services and interment will be at Spooner, Thursday afternoon.

Mrs. Platz whose maiden name was Retha Stevens, was born and grew to young womanhood in Nevada.

She leaves besides her husband, 2 sons and 1 daughter; her mother, Mrs. Ellison; sisters Mrs. Charles Rothrock of Richmond, California, Mrs. Ed Metcalf of Rapid City, S. D., Mrs. Lynn Queal of Ames and Mrs. Peter Mowen of Minnesota; and one brother, Leon Stevens of Nevada.

She is remembered by many of the older residents of Nevada.
