Tuesday services for Noble Price

Noble E. Price, 80, 1311 Georgia St. died Aug. 10 at his home.

Services are Tuesday at 2 p.m. from the Adams Funeral Home with the Rev. Robert Simmons of First United Methodist Church officiating. Burial is in the Ontario Division of the Ames Municipal Cemetery.

Mr. Price was born March 20, 1894 west of Ames. He and Jennie Ella McHone, Napier, were married Aug. 23, 1916 in Iowa Center. He was a lifetime resident of Boone and Story Counties where he farmed. He was employed by the Iowa State University College Farms for 29 years.

Surviving are his wife, two sons, Howard E., R R 4 and Harry E., 600 State St., two daughters, Mrs. Anna Duree, Newport, Minn. and Mrs. Florence Neubauer, Ankeny; 16 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, a grandson, a great grandson and a son-in-law.

A memorial fund for the American Cancer Society has been established.
