Pauline F. Beal, 409 H Avenue, dies Sunday morning

NEVADA - Mrs. Pauline F. Beal, 62, of 409 H Ave. here, died Sunday morning at Mary Greeley Hospital in Ames where she had been a patient for the past four weeks.

Services will be held from the United Methodist Church on Tuesday at 2 p.m. Rev. Marvin L. Hulse will officiate with burial in the Nevada Cemetery. Friends may call at the Ryan Funeral Home until noon Tuesday.

Born Nov. 27, 1914 at Woodward to Roy and Pansy Huff, she married Lafe Beal in 1933. She has been a resident of Story County for the past 46 years and a former employee of Iowa State University. She was a member of the Nevada United Methodist Church.

Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Gleda Hanson of Nevada, two grandchildren and one brother, Malcom Hutt of Diamond City, Ark. Mrs. Beal was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, one sister, one grandson and her husband.
