OBITUARY

Olive Gertrude Tegland Banks, the third daughter of John and Sarah Tegland was born in Wright County, Iowa, April 3, 1898 and died Jan. 14, 1919 [sic], thus being at the time of her death 21 years, 9 months and 11 days of age.

In the spring of 1913 she was confirmed in Immanuel church at Story City, Iowa. September 11, 1918, she was united in marriage to Albia Banks of Ames, Iowa.

One child, Aline Margaret was born to them on Nov. 22, 1919. She is survived by her infant child, her husband Albia Banks, her father John Tegland, her brothers Orrie Tegland and Severine Tegland and by her sisters, Mrs. Verne Payne, Mrs. Walter Payne and Hilda Tegland, besides a number of relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held in the Immanuel church Monday afternoon.
