Floyd Henry Crawn

The death angel stole silently into the home of Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Crawn and took away their infant son, Floyd Henry Crawn, October 10, 1904. He was born January 31, 1904, and at his death was but 8 months and 20 days of age. The funeral was conducted by Rev. F. D. Ferrall at the home Tuesday, October 11, 1904, at 2 o'clock p.m. He was laid to rest in the Ames cemetery.

One by one earth's ties are broken, as we see our love decay; and the hopes so fondly cherished brighten but to pass away. One by one our hopes grew brighter, as we near the shining shore; for we know across the river wait the loved ones gone before."
