“JATIE W. KIMBERLEY, Jatie W. Kimberley, 91, of rural Collins IA, died Wednesday, May 21, 1986, at his home. He was born Jan. 14, 1895, in rural Collins to William and Mary (Cleverley) Kimberley. He was married to Lois Southern Feb. 10 1926, at Mingo IA. Survivors include his wife, Mary, of Colonial Manor in Baxter IA; a sister, Nettie Beals of Collins. He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, and two sisters. Mr. Kimberley was raised and educated in rural Collins and farmed near Collins all his life. Funeral services will be Saturday, May 24, at 1:30 p.m. at Collins United Methodist Church with Rev. LaVonne Kaasa officiating. Burial will be in Peoria Cemetery. Memorials may be sent to the church. There will be a prayer service Friday at 7:30 p.m. at Bond-Davis Funeral Home in Baxter.” **Names typed as they appeared in original Newspaper article.
