THE AMES TRIBUNE, Ames, Story County, Iowa, Wednesday, September 7, 2005.

Mildred Beatrice Zieke, 98, of East Alton, Ill. died Sunday, July 24.
Mildred Beatrice Zieke was born Oct. 13, 1906, in Eddyville and was the daughter of the late Sid and Audie (Scott) Crosson. She married Rev. Paul W. Zieke, a long-time pastor, May 20, 1927, in Oskaloosa. He preceded her in death on Jan. 20, 1975.

She is survived by one son; James L. Zieke of East Alton, Ill., one grandson and his wife, Scott W. and Alice Zieke, and their son, William Cody Voigt of Alton Ill., two grandsons, Tony and Terry Zieke; and one brother and sister-in-law, Jack and Wilma Crosson of Brooklyn.

A private family service has been held.
