OLD STATE CENTER RESIDENTS DEAD
MRS. FIGGINS AND HENRY BODE CALLED BY DEATH ON SUNDAY.

State Center, Oct. 8--The body of Mrs. Agnes Figgins, 59, who passed away Sunday, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. B. J. Hummell, at Clearfield, Penn., arrived here Tuesday and funeral services were held this afternoon at two o'clock from the church, after which interment was in the State Center cemetery.Mrs. Figgins lived in State Center and had gone to Clearfield to visit with a sister. Shortly after her arrival there relatives were notified that she was ill and her sons Dan and James left at once for the east to be with her.
Mrs. Figgins was born in Dalton county, Pennsylvania, in July 1865. She was married to Joe Figgins in Harrisburg, Pa., in 1892. She came to State Center in 1902. Besides the two sons, a daughter, Mrs. Ruth Smith of Lacona, survives as do two sisters Mrs. Hummel and and Mrs. Emma Enders of Portland, Tenn., and three brothers, Joe Yingst, Seattle; James Yingst, Hummelstown, Pa., and George F. Yingst.
