DEATH OF MISS BAUSOR

McCallsburg, Feb. 13.--Miss Sophia Bausor was born at Ansley, England, August 7, 1849, and died at the home of her sister, Mrs. Frank Tett, in McCallsburg, Iowa, Feb. 9, 1924, at the age of 14 years, 5 months and 23 days. She was the daughter of Thomas and Sophia Bausor and when 12 years of age came to the states with her parents and settled in Bremer, Cook county, Ill. She is survived by seven sisters and one brother. Her life was one of devotion to her immediate family and friends. She was known to her friends as a woman of many fine characteristics and was loved and respected by all who knew her. She was a member of the Methodist church of Joliet, Ill. Her remains will be taken to Frankfort, Ill. and placed by the side of her beloved father and mother. A short service was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Tett on Monday afternoon at 3:30 o'clock Rev. E. S. Genung the local pastor, officiating. Mr. A. G. Graves sang a solo and Mrs. F. E. Nail an Miss Catherine Craig sang a duet. The funeral party left on the 4:40 train of the Rock Island for Blue Island, Ill., where the regular services were held yesterday afternoon at 2 o'clock. The ones who accompanied were Mrs. Frank Tett, a sister of the deceased, and also Mrs. Eli Hodder and husband of South Bend, Mich. also a sister and her brother Wm. Bausor of Blue Island, Ill.
