Mrs. Minerva Eliza Burton died August 19* at the home near Maxwell where she had come with her husband Erasmus D. Bradley in 1876. Mrs. Bradley at her death was 86 years, 6 months and 4 days old. She was a woman of unusual strength of character and large sympathy. A life long universalist she had united with the church at Mitchellville on coming here. Her pastor Rev. Jno. S. Cook conducted the funeral services which were held at the Methodist church at Farrar. Interment was at Mitchellville cemetery.
