Arthur Ingalls, eldest surviving son of O. B. Ingalls of this city, died last Wednesday at his home in Kansas City of quick consumption. He was 45 years of age and was born in 1869 at Courtland, Illinois; but he came with the Ingalls family to Nevada when he was a child and remained here until he was old enough to strike out for himself. This he did when he was about nineteen years of age, going to Kansas City and returning afterwards for only infrequent and short visits. Old-timers, however, will remember his and will regret his death. He was solicitor for a wholesale grocery house, and he leaves a son and a daughter, his wife having died about three years ago. Frank Ingalls was down to the funeral Friday at Kansas City. His other brother Fred is at Los Angeles.
