OBITUARY
MISS MARGARET McCAW
Miss Margaret McCaw died at the home of her sister, Mrs. E. C. Button, on Monday afternoon about four-thirty of bronchial pneumonia. The funeral was held at the home on Wednesday at twelve=thirty. Rev. J. G. Lietch of the Central Presbyterian church had charge of the services, the music was by a quartette from that church and the pallbearers were the husbands of members of the Sorosis club of which Mrs. Button is a member. Interment was in Riverside cemetery at Marshalltown where the parents and a sister who died as she was coming into young womanhood are buried.
Margaret McCaw, eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John McCaw, was born in Glasgow, Scotland and came with her parents to Rochester, N. Y., when she was two years old. Later the family moved to Marshalltown where the father died about 1888 and Mrs. McCaw about 1901. Miss Margaret came to Nevada about thirteen years ago when her sister was married to E. C. Button and has since made her home with them. She had even at that time been for years a sufferer from Asthma and hence lived very quietly.
She leaves beside her sister Mrs. Button, two brother Robt. McCaw of Council Bluffs and Herman McCaw of Kansas City and an uncle Mrs. Harry Hall who came recently to make his home with his nieces.
