NEVADA WOMAN DIES AT HOME ON SATURDAY
Mrs. H. H. Boyes, 77 years, died at her home Saturday night at 7:45, after an illness of more than one month, due to a nervous collapse.
Her son, Homer Boyes, is living as are a number of other relatives.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at the home and will be in charge of Rev. R. M. Shipman and Rev. W. P. Paynes. Burial is to be made in Nevada cemetery.

BOYES FUNERAL HELD TUESDAY
The funeral of Sarah E. Boyes, wife of the late H. H. Boyes, was conducted from her home on Ave. K, Tuesday, Jan. 25, at 2:30 p. m.
Mrs. Boyes was born in the state of New York, May 9, 1844. She was the daughter of Dr. M. R. Ballard, well known physician of Story county.
In 1866, Sarah E. Ballard and H. H. Boyes were united in marriage and lived in Story county in an near Nevada all of their married life, except one year in Seward, Neb., and three years in Wray, Colo. Four children were born to them, one daughter and three sons. The daughter died at the age of seventeen years, and two sons died in infancy.
Mrs. Boyes was highly respected by all who knew her and had many friends. She is survive by a son, Homer L. Boyes, of Nevada. Also, a brother, H. D. Ballard, of Douglas, Wyo., and two sisters, Mrs. H. F. Ferguson of this city and Mrs. O. M. Robbins of Sawbelle, Calif.
Rev. R. M. Shipman, assisted by Rev. W. P. Payne, were in charge of the funeral services.
