MILFORD FARMER DIED MONDAY

BERT ERICKSON WAS VICTIM OF VARIOUS COMPLICATIONS--FUNERAL THURSDAY

Bert Erickson, 50, native son of Milford township, died at his home seven miles northwest of Nevada, Monday afternoon at 2:00 from heart trouble and other complications from which he had been a sufferer from a number of years.

Born in Milford township, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Amond Erickson, he had lived in that part of Story county all of his life.

He was married to Miss Mona Webbe of the same township August 13, 1922 and he is survived by his wife and six children. The children are Lucille, Amos, Leila, Samuel, Mary and Bennie.

Besides these he leaves his mother, Mrs. Mary Erickson, four brothers and three sisters. The brothers are E. B., Maynard, Oscar and Elmer, while the sisters are Mrs. T. A. Hereim, Mrs. Clarence Thompson and Mrs. A. M. Michaelson.

The funeral services will be held Thursday. There will be brief services at the home at 12:30, after which the funeral proper will be conducted at Salem church, Roland, at 2:00 with interment in the Roland cemetery. The services will be in charge of Rev. Olaf Holen, pastor of Salem church.
