MAXWELL FUNERAL SATURDAY 2 P. M.

BURIAL WILL BE IN FAMILY LOT AT IOWA CENTER CEMETERY

Funeral services for Mrs. Mina Maxwell, 64, former Story county woman, who died at the Iowa Lutheran hospital, Des Moines Wednesday, will be held at the church in Iowa Center, Saturday afternoon at 2:00, after which interment will be in Evergreen cemetery, there.

Rev. Lookingbill will be in charge of the services. Immediately following her death the body was brought to the Bishop Funeral Home in Nevada, where his has been held pending the services.

Mrs. Maxwell, whose maiden name was Mina Kurtz, was born near Iowa Center in Indian Creek township and 64 years, 6 months and 4 days of age at the time of her death.

She was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Kurtz, pioneers of the Iowa Center neighborhood and had lived in the county nearly all of her life.

She leaves her husband and five sons. Of the sons two live near Nevada, two in Des Moines and one in the west. She was a sister of the late Andrew Kurtz, who died at his home in Nevada a few months ago.
