Osmond O. Stole, 76 years old and resident of Roland for forty years, died at a Story City hospital. Mr. Stole was one of the recognized leaders of that section and was serving as postmaster.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows he was born Oct. 7, 1847 and died Feb. 2, 1916. This does not agree with the above age. He is buried in the Roland Cemetery.
