Mrs. Jesse Kuhn Died at Her Farm Home Near Ames Today

Ames, Feb. 8--Mrs. Jecova Kuhn, 51, wife of Jesse Kuhn, well known farmer of just east of Ames, died at her home this morning at 6:00.

Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon, with a prayer service at the home at 1:30, followed by the funeral at the Lutheran church in Ames, with Dr. J. O. Simon of Memorial Lutheran church in Nevada, in charge. Burial will be in the Ames cemetery.

She was born in Richland township, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. J. N Chitty and grand daughter of Christopher Page, a Richland township pioneer.

She was married in 1906 to Jesse M. Kuhn and their home had for several years been on a farm just east of Ames. She leaves her husband, a son Marion and daughter Dorothy.

Both Mr. and Mrs. Kuhn are the oldest pioneer citizens of Richland township in Story county.
