SARAH MELOHN

Mrs. Sarah Elizabeth Melohn, 83, died Sunday at the Oak Park Manor Nursing Home where she had been for the past 6 months.

She was born Jun 23, 1890 to George and Sarah Shalley and had been a resident of county for her entire lifetime. She was a member of Memorial Lutheran Church.

Funeral services will be held from the Ryan Funeral Home Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Harry Myklebust officiating. Burial will be in the Nevada Cemetery.

She is survived by two sons, Virgil Melohn of Jackson, Mississippi and George of San Gabriel, California; one daughter, Mrs. Ilo Knutson of Nevada, 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, four sisters and her husband, Charles, who died in 1954.
