Sesto Rocchi Is Dead At Age of 77, Rites Wed.

Sesto Rocchi, 1220 Ninth St., Nevada, died Monday morning at 7:30 in the Story County Hospital where he had been a patient the past four days. Rocchi, 77, had been ill for the past year.

He was born June 30, 1889 at Riolunato, Province Modena, Italy, the son of Giovanni and Angelina Rocchi.

He was a retired Nevada merchant.

Rocchi was married to Ermelinda Rocchi September 27, 1924 at Riolunato, Italy.

He was a member of St. Patrick's Cathlic Church, the V.F.W., the American Legion and an Honorary Member of Vittoria Lodge.

He is survived by his wife, one daughter, Mrs. Reis Prati of Nevada; four grandchildren and one great grandchild; three brothers, Domenico, Pierro and Silvestro Rocchi, all of Italy, and one sister, Mrs. Andrea Contri.

Funeral services will be held from St. Patrick's Catholic Church Wednesday morning at 10 with the Rev. Fr. Franz Lohberg officiating. Burial will be in the St. Patrick's Cemetery.

Rosary will be recited at the Ryan Funeral Home Tuesday evening at 8.
