Reischauer Funeral Services Scheduled Saturday Afternoon

Special to the Journal.
Story City, June 14--Funeral services will be held at Grace Evangelical church here Saturday afternoon at 2:00 for C. F. Reischauer, 65, well known farmer who died at his home near here early Thursday.

The services will be in charge of Rev. G. L. Bergaman and interment will be in Center cemetery.

Death was due to a sudden attack of heart trouble, although his health has been failing for some time.

Born in Milford township, Reischauer had resided in this vicinity nearly all his life. He operated a farm west of here until 1912, when he moved to a farm closer to town.

Surviving are his wife and three children, Mrs. Frank Thatcher of Winnebago, Minn., Mrs. Robert Ballard of Anamosa and Clarence of Story City; seven grandchildren and three sisters, Mrs. Helena Miller of Cummings, Mrs. Willard Grove of Jewell and Mrs. Henry Kammin of Story City.
