THE MAXWELL TRIBUNE, Maxwell, Iowa, Thursday, March 3, 1910, page 1. "MRS. HENRY MEESE - Josephine Lamb was born in Story county, Iowa, December 25, 1860, and departed this life, February 26, 1910, aged forty-nine years, two months and one day. She was united in marriage to Henry Meese, January 25, 1880. To this union were born two children, George D. and Lynnie. Mrs. Meese was converted in early girlhood and was a member of the M. P. church in which faith she lived and died. A short service was held at the home on Sunday, February 27th, at 2:00 p. m., conducted by Rev. Ira D. Faidley. Interment in the Graham cemetery."
