THE MAXWELL TRIBUNE, Maxwell, Iowa, Thursday, January 2, 1902, page 7, column 3. "W. R. Oxley received word Monday that his sister, Mrs. Ann Lamb, had died December 26th. She was well known here being the oldest daughter of the John Oxley family, and her husband is a son of the late Daniel Lamb. She leaves a large family and a host of relatives and friends. The bereaved have the sympathy of all."
