THE MAXWELL TRIBUNE, Maxwell, Iowa, Thursday, March 3, 1949, page 1, column 4. "ANDREW KOPF IN CRITICAL CONDITION. - The condition of Andrew M. Kopf, McCausland, a patient at Masonic Sanitarium, Bettendorf, was reported today as critical. Mr. Kopf, formerly of Maxwell will be 79 March 26, has been making his home with his son, Ivan at McCausland. He is the father of Attorney Howard Kopf, Davenport, and Mrs. Mary Goebel, Des Moines."
