"FORMER RESIDENT DIES IN WISCONSIN - Friends here have received word of the sudden death of Russell Hurst, 56, Friday evening, Dec. 17. Hurst, a former resident of Farrar, suffered a heart attack at his home in La Crosse, Wisc. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Hurst of Farrar and a brother, Charles. He is survived by his wife, Ardis, two sons, Avery and Allen, two grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Ernest Wood of Maxwell."
