Tollef Dueland, 75, farmer here, dies
Tollef N. Dueland, 79, a Story County farmer during practically his entire life, died Friday morning at Story County Hospital.
He was born May 21, 1890 in McCook, Neb., son of Nels and Anna Dueland. He was a member of Memorial Lutheran Church in Nevada.
Mr. Dueland is survived by two sons, Leonard of Nevada, Gerald of Des Moines and Robert of Eldridge, Ia.; two daughters, Mrs. Alvina Mosebach and Mrs. Norma Howell, both of Nevada; eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He also leaves a brother, Gilbert Dueland of Nevada and two sisters, Mrs. Nellie Ogland of Eagle Grove and Mrs. Carrie Charlson, Ames. He was preceded in death of his wife.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday in Memorial Lutheran Church, Nevada with Pastor Harry Myklebust officiating and burial is to be in the Huxley Cemetery. Friends may call at the Ryan Funeral Home in Nevada until noon Monday.
