Newspaper source and date unknown. "CLEO B. CLARK - Langevin-Mussetter Funeral Home. - UNION GAP - Cleo B. Clark, 81, of Yakima, passed away on Sunday, May 9, 1999 at Parkside Nursing Care Center in Union Gap. Cleo was born August 27, 1917 in Henry, South Dakota to Ashton and Orpha (Conner) Lappier. On June 26, 1936, she married Benjamin F. Clark, Jr., in Yakima. Cleo was a member of White Swan Methodist Church and the Yakima valley Genealogy Society. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting, fishing at Lake Curlew and Black Beach Resort, clam digging at the Washington State Beaches and gardening. Survivors include her children and their spouses, Darryl and Sudie Clark of Ferndale, WA, Ben and Fran Clark of Selah, Patti and Ray Schornack of Seattle, Carolyn and Edward Cole of San Marcos, TX and Saudi Arabia and Kathleen Brost and companion, Bob Kaercher, of Yakima; 15 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, Benjamin Clark on August 16, 1982 and brothers, Dale, Kenneth and Cecil Lappier. Visitation is Wednesday, 9:00 a.m. until 8 p.m. Funeral services will be Thursday, May 13, 1999, 12 noon at Langevin-Mussetter Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Tahoma Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Alzheimers Research, c/o Langevin-Mussetter Funeral Home."
