Obituary From Adams Soderstrum Funeral Home, Story County, Iowa.

Chad Alan Weltha, 45, of Jewell died July 14, 2019 at his home in Jewell. Private family services will be held at a later date.

Chad was born on June 29, 1974 in Story City to Floyd and Helen (Johnson) Weltha. He worked for Seamless Pros in Jewell. Chad enjoyed four-wheeling, kayaking, playing video games and spending time with his daughters.

He is survived by his parents, Floyd and Helen Weltha of rural Story City; his three daughters, Hannah Eickholt of Boone, Alyssa and Syrenna Weltha both of Ames and two brothers, Travis Weltha of Jewell and Scott Weltha of rural Story City.
