OBITUARY

J. N. HALLEY

Joseph N. Halley, age sixty-one years, died suddenly at his home in Tacoma, Wash., on June 13th. He leaves a widow, a son, Joseph S. Halley of Tacoma and daughter Mrs. Merle Heom* of British Columbia, three grandsons, Joseph P. and Merle W. Halley and Halley Heom* and four brothers and sister, Frank A. Halley of Los Angeles, George Halley of Nevada, Iowa, and Mrs. Margaret Mullen and Clara Kirkendall of Birchtree, Missouri.

Mr. Halley was born in Ohio and went to Iowa when four years old and was a resident of Story county for thirty-two years. He has been a resident of Tacoma for the past sixteen years.
