T-5 Hugh Griffith Killed April 15 In Germany

Cambridge, May 2 -- Mr. and Mrs. Frank Griffith of Cambridge received a message this morning that their son T-5 Hugh Griffith, 28, was killed April 15 in Germany. He was with Hodges First Army. Griffith entered service March 3, 1941 having had training at Fort Lewis, Wash., at a camp in California, and at Camp Crowder, Okla. He went across in November '43.

He leaves one sister, Miss Marie Griffith of Des Moines and a brother Homer Griffith of Cambridge.

He attended the Cambridge schools.
