Obituary
EVA LINHART
Funeral services for Eva Linhart were held Saturday, March 29, 1980 at 10 a.m. at the Ryan Funeral Home, Nevada. Pastor Daniel M. Osterhout officiated. Music was by Joy Osterhout. Organist was Beeula Settle.
Casket bearers were Paul Bullock, Dennis Hapes, Keith Hapes, Mike Hapes, Stephen Otto and Daniel Schoppe, all great nephews of Mrs. Linhart. Burial was in the Riverside Cemetery in Marshalltown.
Eva F. Linhart, daughter of H. M. and Viola Fleshman, was born July 18, 1897 in Grundy County, Mo. She attended school in Missouri before moving to Iowa with her parents.
On Dec. 13, 1924, she was united in marriage to Oscar Linhart in Kansas City, Kan. She lived in the Marshalltown and Story County area until moving to Nevada in 1948. She was baptized in the Nevada Baptist Church.
Mrs. Linhart passed away at the Mary Greeley Hospital in Ames on March 27 at the age of 82.
She is survived by her daughter Darlene of Nevada. She was preceeded in death by her parents, husband, four sons, three sisters and one brother.
