Mrs. Bert White Former Resident Here Died in Mankato

Word was received yesterday by Mrs. Ada Crooks that her sister-in-law, Mrs. Bert White a resident of north of Nevada for number of years, had passed away at three o'clock Sunday afternoon at the hospital in Mankato, Minn.

Details as to her illness are not known here other than she had fallen and broken an ankle last Monday.

Funeral services will be held at the Adams Funeral Chapel in Ames Tuesday afternoon at 2 p.m. Committal will be in the Nevada cemetery by the side of the husband and two children who have preceded her in death.

Mrs. White was the oldest sister of the late Ira Crooks of Nevada. She is survived by two sons and by one sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Siddel* of Salem, Oregon.

*This should be Mrs. Lizzie Siddell/Siddall, wife of Reform Siddell/Siddall.
