William "Bill" Heaberlin
October 26, 1949 - January 18, 2019

Bill Heaberlin age 69 of Slater, passed away on January 18, 2019, at Mary Greeley Medical Center in Ames.

A private service will be held at a later date. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Soderstrum Funeral Home and online condolences may be left for the family at www.adamssoderstrum.com.

Bill grew up in Pleasantville, Iowa. He graduated from North Polk High School in Alleman, Iowa, and had retired from Danfoss in Ames, Iowa.

Those preceding him in death include his son, Dan, his parents and father-in-law.

His wife, Sheila, sons Joe and Willie and grandsons Tanner and Darin join his siblings Pat, David and Toni in thanking everyone for all their compassion and care during this difficult time.
