Funeral Services For Nels Torgeson Held at McCallsburg

McCallsburg, Oct. 29--Funeral services were held at East Bergen church Tuesday afternoon for Nels Torgeson who was found dead in this barn Saturday morning north of McCallsburg in Hardin county. Death was attributed to a blood clot. He apparently had been in good health. Burial was in the church cemetery*. Surviving Torgeson are his wife and one son.

*SUBMITTER'S NOTE: There is a memorial for Nels Torgeson in the Story City Cemetery. He was apparently buried there rather than in the church cemetery as stated.
