DIED.

At Ames, Story County, Iowa of diarrhea and congestion of the brain, SOLOMON LINCOLN OSBORN, first and only child of S. O. and F. N. Osborn aged one year and twenty-three days.

This lovely child was born at Sabula, Jackson Co., Iowa, and "has on each hand six fingers" and six toes on his left foot. See 2d Samuel, 21st chapter, 10th verse. He was unusually large, and was never sick a day until a week before he died.
