GILBERT WOMAN DIED SUDDENLY

MRS. ALBERT ANDERSON VICTIM OF HEART FAILURE EARLY TODAY

Special to the Journal.
Gilbert, Sept. 4--Mrs. Albert Anderson, 69, died very suddenly at her home here at one o'clock this morning.

She had been up and around as usual Wednesday but members of the family were called at shortly after midnight and she died at one o'clock of heart trouble.

Mrs. Anderson, whose maiden name was Sena Hoagland*, was born in Norway, Europe, in 1861*, came to America with her people, when she was ten years of age and the family settled near Gilbert.

On October 25, 1889 she was married to Albert Anderson and to them seven children were born. They lived in Ames until 1901 when the family moved to Gilbert, where the home has since been.

She leaves besides her husband, the seven children, they being Fred and Floyd Anderson of Gilbert, Morris Anderson of Randall, Edward Anderson of Saylor, Henry Anderson of Ames, Mrs. Arthur Mortvedt of Gilbert and Mrs. Fred Wheeler of Ames. She also leaves 22 grandchildren.

Two sisters live at Minneapolis they being Mrs. Lena Latherow and Mrs. Anna Brandvig.

The funeral services will be held at the Luthean church in Gilbert, with Rev. Heimarck in charge, but the time had not been definitely determined, pending word from some of the relatives.

*SUBMITTER'S NOTE: According to her death record, Sena (Hougland) Anderson was the daughter of Nels Hougland and Martha Jacobson. She was born 15 January 1871 in Bergen, Norway.
