FORMER NEVADA PIONEER DEAD

F. T. GOLDEN PASSED AWAY AT HIS CRAWFORD, NEB., HOME

Frazier Theodore Golden, 74, resident of near Nevada in an earlier day is dead at his home at Crawford, Nebr., and the funeral and interment will be at Crawford Thursday, according to word received by local relatives last evening.

Mr. Golden was born in Illinois, a son of William H. and Mary Golden, pioneer residents of section 6, Indian Creek township, five miles south of Nevada.

It was about fifty years ago that he was united in marriage to Anna Lane of Eldora and ten children, five sons and five daughters, were born to them, all of whom, with the wife and mother, survive the father.

The five sons are George, Chester, Hugh, Ralph and Victor, while the daughters are Bertha, Florence, Elizabeth, Ida and Molly. All are married and in home of their own, with the exception of the younger son Victor, who is at home. Of the children, five live in Nebraska and the same number in California.

Besides these ten children and his wife, Mr. Golden leaves two brothers J. Henderson Golden of Nevada and Chester Golden of Santa Ana, Calif., and two sisters, Mrs. Elsie Finley and Mrs. Eliza Kirkendall of Nevada. Mrs. Finley is now in Illinois, assisting in the care of a relative, while Mrs. Kirkendall is at Salem, S. D. at the home of her son Howard Kirkendall and family.
