YOUNG MAN DIED VERY SUDDENLY
VERLE McCORD VICTIM OF ATTACK OF DOUBLE PNEUMONIA

Colo, April 28--Verle McCord, 21, son of Mrs. Hattie McCord of south of Colo, died at his home today at 12:30 p. m., from an attack of double pneumonia, from which he had been a sufferer for about two weeks.He was a nephew of Jesse Williams, Richland township farmer, who died from the same affliction upon the day on which Verle was taken ill. The attack came very sudden. He retired in the evening in his ordinary health and by morning a severe case of pneumonia had developed.
He was a son of Charles McCord, who died about two years ago. Since his graduation from the Collins school he had been on the farm, assisting the mother in carrying on the work.
He leaves besides his mother Mrs. Hattie McCord, a brother, Everett McCord.
No arrangements have been made for the funeral at this time.
