FORMER NEVADA WOMAN IS DEAD

BODY OF MRS. GEO. CARTER WILL BE BROUGHT BACK HERE FOR INTERMENT

Mrs. Geo. G. Carter, age about 73 years, former resident of Nevada, died at her home 3009 First Street, Des Moines, Tuesday morning and the body will be brought to Nevada for interment Thursday afternoon, after services at the Dunn Funeral home, Des Moines at 1:30.

The funeral party will arrive here at 3:00 and burial will be in the Carter lot in the Nevada cemetery.

The Carter family lived in Nevada for many years but left here for Des Moines about twenty years ago.

Mrs. Carter leaves besides her husband, four sons and three daughters. The sons are Fred of Tacoma, Wash.; Clarence of Eugene, Oregon; Dr. Edwin O. of El Centro, Calif. and Lawrence of Des Moines. The daughters are Mrs. Alta Hague of Tacoma, Mrs. Daisy Mason of Elco, Nevada, and Mrs. Laura Hayes of Des Moines.

The daughter of Mrs. Mason of Elco, Nevada had arrived in Des Moines a few days before the death of the mother, which followed a lingering illness.

Besides the members of her immediate family she leaves a sister, Mrs. Will Kimball and several neices and nephews in Des Moines.
