Ronald Lee Beach was born June 15, 1950 to Bill and Joan (Myers) Beach, Jr. in Ames, Iowa. Ron was a member of Bethesda Lutheran Church in Ames and had always been a resident of Ames. He liked art - especially wood burning, and enjoyed hearing and re-telling a good joke.

Ron passed away at Story County Medical Center in Nevada.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
