Osmond Henryson died at his home here last Sunday morning. He was born in Norway December 30, 1823 and was over 76 years of age at the time of his death. He came to Illinois in 1854 and lived there four years. In May 1886 he drove by team to this town and brought the farm upon which he has lived ever since. He was married in Illinois in 1855 and became a widower in 1877. In 1878 he married Miss Carrie J. Helvig who survives him. Mr. Henryson was one of twelve children, all of whom are now dead except his brother, Torkel, the father of ex-Treasurer H. T. Henryson. The funeral was at St. Peter church on Wednesday afternoon, Rev. Vangsness conducting the service.
