OBITUARY

O. M. Johnson

O. M. Johnson, a most worthy and respected citizen of Huxley, died suddenly of heart disease Monday afternoon at his home in Huxley, aged sixty three years. His funeral will be held on Sunday afternoon.

The deceased was a native of Norway, came to Story county when sixteen years of age and was employed and conducted business at Cambridge, Sheldahl and Slater till a few years ago he acquired the elevator and lumber yard at Huxley. He was married in 1879 to Miss Alice Larson and is survived by her and four of their eight children. He was a representative citizen of the county and his death is widely regretted.
