Mrs. Amos Walker died of pneumonia at the family home south of Slater last Sunday evening. Her illness was of but a week. Her age was nearly forty-three and she leaves a husband and four children who are bereft indeed. She was quiet unassuming, noble woman, and her loss is keenly felt.
