From Nevada Representative March 1, 1907
Mr. and Mrs. A. L. Farrington write from Parkman, Oklahoma*, concerning the death of their son Frank, which was noted in this paper Wednesday. They say: "His death which occurred the 21st of February was caused by consumption. He fell three years ago while skating, which caused hemorrhages of the lungs terminating in consumption. We moved from Kansas to western Oklahoma two years ago and lived in a tent in hopes that an out door life would help him; but nothing we could do would help him. He was 17 years old last October. We are living in a beautiful country, in one of the finest climates we ever enjoyed. The rest of us are in good health and hope that you and family are the same."
*SUBMITTER'S NOTE: I find no "Parkman, Oklahoma." Other sources place the death at Harmon, Ellis County, Oklahoma.
