MAXWELL

An old pioneer has passed away. Sam Ozmun spent Thursday night in Maxwell, Friday night in Collins, walked home four miles south of Collins Saturday, did his chores, went to bed and died at 2:00 o'clock Sunday morning. Funeral services in Peoria and interment at Peoria cemetery. Mr. Ozmun led an exemplary life and was respected by a large circle of acquaintances. He is the last of the old stock, William, Nelson and Oliver having preceded him.
