O. P. Stuckslager died at his home in Ames Sunday July 5, and was buried on Wednesday. His age was seventy years. He was a native of Pennsylvania, served with the hundred day men in the Civil War, came to Ames in 1868, and was a competent mechanic and law abiding citizen. He leaves a wife and four sons and daughters of whom Mrs. Jesse Marin lives at Ames.
