AROUND ABOUT

The funeral of Henry Ersland was held at Story City Thursday. Mr. Ersland was on his way from North Dakota to his homestead in South Dakota with a carload of emigrant goods, when in some manner he fell under the wheels of a moving train on Saturday, the wheels severed both legs. His wife and daughter were at Slayton, Minn. to remain until he should have got settled in their new home. He formerly resided in Story City for a number of years.
