Florence Fitch Dies at Omaha
Miss Florence Ann Fitch, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H. D. Fitch, who were former residents of Nevada died October 3, 1910, at the home of her mother, now Mrs. James W. Bank, in South Omaha, Neb., aged twenty-three years.
Miss Fitch's home had always been Omaha or its vicinity; but she spent some time in Nevada just a year ago, in connection with her mother whom old-timers remember as Addie Ross. With them was the sister of the latter, Miss Ella Ross of Colfax. Miss Fitch was young woman of worth and promise, and a stenographer by occupation, but she was declining in health even when she was here
Her obsequies were held at the paternal home 521 North 18th street where the bereaved mother had the support of sever kinsfolk, among whom were Fred Fitch, Miss Ella Ross, Mrs. Amanda Kelley and Mr. Will Fitch. Members of the Eastern Star assisted by the pastor of the deceased, and interment was in Laurel Hill Cemetery.
