Died on the Cars
James K. Johnson, a real estate man at Story City died Thursday on the afternoon Northwestern train up from Des Moines. As the report reaches us, he had been drinking, and on the train he had an argument with another man, in the course of which he became quite excited. In the midst of his excitement he collapsed and fell against the window. This was somewhere near Crocker. A physician was called to meet the train at Polk City and pronounced him dead. The body was taken off the train at Sheldahl and taken back to Des Moines and his family notified.
